Kevin Hart loves a good joke, but the actor and comedian takes his fitness very seriously. Nike has revealed Hart’s training routine, the result of a career that demands relentless travel, late nights and hours on his feet.
Hart adopts a ‘no excuses, no days off’ mantra as part of his routine which includes a daily 5:30am training sessions comprised of everything from heavy ropes to elevated leg lifts. Not for the fainthearted.
“It’s about that confidence. It’s about that head-up feeling…walking into a room and feeling like you’re supposed to be in the room,” Hart declares. “Training for life is living for life.”
